Historically Focused Group Tours Across Poland

We plan and run group journeys across Poland and Central Europe for institutions, associations, alumni groups, and companies. Twenty years of operating here means the difficult parts — coaches, permissions, a guide who actually knows the site — are handled before your group arrives.

Every programme is built around why your group is travelling. We plan the pacing for the people actually coming, keep a coordinator with the group throughout, and leave room in the day for the moments that matter most.

What we can build into your programme

A group of about twenty travellers of several generations seated along one long dinner table, with a city skyline visible through the glass wall behind them
A guide talking to a group on the Motława waterfront in Gdańsk, with the medieval Crane and historic granaries across the water

Private dinners

Long-table dinners in a room that suits the group: a glasshouse above the rooftops, a cellar off the market square, a manor dining room. We arrange the venue, the menu, and the seating, and we handle dietary needs across the whole party.

Wine and tasting evenings

Guided tastings of Polish and Central European producers, paired with regional dishes. It works as an evening centrepiece, or as a gentle first night for a group that has just landed.

Commemorative and veterans' routes

Routes built around a specific site, unit, or family history: former camp grounds, cemeteries, museums, and local archives. We build in the time and the quiet that ceremonies need.

Logistics, handled

Coaches, hotels, guides, and site permissions arranged end to end. We plan the pacing for mixed-mobility groups and keep a coordinator with you for the whole trip.

A recent group journey

Szubin — Oflag 64

In May 2026 we brought a group of American descendants and guests to Szubin for the opening of the town's POW museum. Oflag 64 held US Army officers during the Second World War, and for many in the group this was the first time standing on the ground where a father or grandfather had been held.

The programme moved between the former camp grounds, the new exhibition, and a formal commemorative dinner with local hosts. It is the kind of visit where the logistics have to disappear completely into the background.
